What we publish
Facts from public records: congressional stock-trade disclosures, SEC insider filings, planned-sale notices and government economic data. Every card names its source.
How items are chosen
By fixed rules, not by request. For example, an insider "cluster" means several insiders at one company buying within 30 days; executive-sale cards cover large sales by officers and directors. Nobody can pay to be included or left out.
What we don't publish
- Buy, sell or hold calls, or rankings of stocks as picks.
- Predictions or scores that our own testing has not shown to work.
- Accusations of wrongdoing. We report what was filed and when; we don't claim anyone broke the law.
- Law-firm solicitations and other advertising dressed as news.
Independence
No advertising, no sponsors, no paid placement, and no trading ahead of what we publish.
Automation
Lytir is produced by software. Numbers come directly from the filings; where AI models help write a summary, automated checks compare names and figures against the records.
